Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Minima Finance ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
Description of Service
Minima Finance is a personal finance tracking application that allows you to record expenses, set budgets, categorize spending, and view your financial activity over time. The App is designed for personal use only and is not intended as financial advice.
User Responsibilities
As a user of Minima Finance, you agree to:
- Use the App only for lawful purposes
- Provide accurate information when using the App
- Maintain the security of your device and any authentication methods
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or tamper with the App
- Not use the App for any commercial purposes without permission
Data and Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. All financial data you enter into the App is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data if you choose to enable iCloud sync.
Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, graphics, code, and content, is owned by Luca Becker and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. The App is not intended to provide financial advice, and you should consult with a qualified financial advisor for financial decisions.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luca Becker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
App Store Terms
Your use of the App is also subject to the terms and conditions of the Apple App Store. In case of any conflict between these Terms and the App Store terms, the App Store terms shall prevail to the extent of the conflict.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App for users who violate these Terms.
